I've been thinking about what my issues are fundamentally with gamers asking for every old game to get a remake is and i think it's simply the fact that things can't be left alone anymore. Everything has to be brought into a modern lens for "comfort"/"convenience".

FF7 original is very impressive for a early ps1 game of it's size. I'm really enjoying the great character interactions and overall story. charming visuals but I don't think they've held up as well as other FF games. on to FFXII
