They say that insanity is trying the same thing and expecting different results. Well, I'm a programmer. I had errors, changed to correct them, tweak it a bit more to look like it was before, then I realize I can have the exact same code as the beginning, but it doesn't give errors anymore.

Also, paying for the Switch 2 enhanced version of games is bleh. I would be more interested in buying the new console if I could play upgraded versions of the games I already own (without spending more). I understand it takes development effort, but it's the kind of thing you take a hit to sell more

I still can't understand why the tutorial/tech demo for Switch 2 is a *paid* app. It should be like Astro's Playroom on PS5: free and pre-installed so you have something to do immediately after turning on the console.

I actually like the idea of the “algorithm”. As in, some machine heuristics that brings to you more of what you like. The problem is that all existing social media algorithms are meant to keep you engaged, and anger is the easiest way to do so.

GodotCon is getting close! Who's going? I'll host a 1-hour workshop: The Godot Cheatsheet. The idea is: I bring my quick and useful Godot tricks, you bring yours, we all share, and I collect it all in an open source Godot project with lots of useful snippets.

Is there any alternative to Synergy, especially open source? The only thing I found is Input Leap, which is a fork of the old open source Synergy, but it does not work very well.
