Knowing how walmarts labor practices keep wages down and eliminate competition around them Ive avoided shopping there no matter where i live. Ive only been to Walmart once as an adult and only for a foot pod battery. Havent shopped at target since last year either.

Run club teams members starting to practice for the relay- some are way faster than others (we have three different teams- most of the people here are from team 1, im on all girl team 2, and two of the girls here are on team 3)

I actually did exactly 4 miles but Strava just took .01 off😤 On positive side I met up with others running the same relay race. I am truly working at being social. Last week was hard (i didn’t leave the house-only my backyard- or make it to my race😔) but this week i made it to meetup with race team members and now going to Self Love Sundays with the run club. 🥹
