Veiss speaks in a way that is distinctly accent-less especially when heard among fellow residents of the Shroud. They were very much taught to speak, and so the way they do is in a very proper, formal manner. However their sign has an extremely heavy “accent” thanks to their Moonkeeper moms.

Veiss is quite strong, but the main problem with them is that they can’t stay down. Even if they would really like to rest their strange and awful mix of WAR/WHM/sineater won’t let them. It doesn’t matter how skilled they are with a weapon or magic when it all gets lost in a roil of light.
