Finally announced!!! COME ON!!!!

Breakfast this morning was leftovers from a nice meal out last night. Diced, roasted brussel sprouts, diced fingerling potatoes and bacon, pan fried as a hash and a fried egg, topped off with some of my New Zealand kiwifruit and habanero hot sauce 🍽️🤤 @adownie.bsky.social you’d love this one mate!!

I’ve been using a viral Instagram tomato sauce lately to make our own one pan pasta sauce and have refined it a little and made it a family favorite. Tonight I added steak and mushrooms to the recipe. Sooooo good! 🍽️🤤

The supermarket had NY strips 2 for 1, so Dinner tonight was pan seared NY strip with A1 and mushroom cream sauce, Parmesan potato flowers and roasted green beans with bacon and shallots. 🍽️🤤🍻

I’m 3 months shy of 50th birthday…yesterday I survived my first rugby outing in 10 years with no injuries and I’m pretty darn proud of myself 🍻

Looks like the midlife crisis may have hit…I just signed myself up to start playing rugby again, 3 months shy of my 50th birthday 😅🤷‍♂️

Between the very cool Ireland and Munster Rugby jerseys that @dermotncosgrove.bsky.social gifted me at our meet up, and this badarse Kraken jersey, I am feeling extremely blessed to have the great friends I have 💙🍻 thank you guys! 🙏

Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian chicken) and a chopped salad for dinner last night! Will definitely make this again, but next time there will be green sauce 😊🍽️

I found a cheap rack of lamb at the store so frenched it and made breaded cutlets, ready for cooking later 😊

I’ve been lazy and It’s been a while since I posted one of my own dinners. Sorry about that! Tonight we are having Bulgogi marinated beef, stir fried vegetables and Thai wheat udon noodles all cooked on the flat top 🍽️🤤
