As an artist who’s recently learned 3D modeling and animation with skills in 2D, I find it hard to decide what personal piece I should do. Spend 3 days in a model or 5 hours drawing some illustration I dreamed up at 3am? I feel conflicted.

I feel bad saying this but when an event comes up and I have to dress up fancy, while having to waste hours in a place that drains my energy, it makes me more tired. I don’t want to waste hours putting on makeup and stupid clothes, I just wanna work on my art and stuff.

My 3D Certificate program is almost over and I still feel like I need to learn more. But also have the need to just jump back to making dorky low poly stuff.
