Take a break, and stick to it. 15, 20 minutes. Have a snack, go rinse in the shower, whatever.
Come back. If the thing that's stopping you is still stopping you slap a [[FIGURE IT OUT LATER]] in there and keep moving, it's all about keeping the momentum. When you're done, go back and figure it out
