Been a bit MIA this week fighting this cold/flu/covid type illness. Exhausted, but hoping to have seen the worst. Couple of days and hopefully I can enjoy annual leave next week

Yesterday was a long day. Had a Chartered Institute of Insurance Dinner in Newcastle to attend. Drove up after work, then home after. So tired today. Was a good evening in St James Park though.

Home from a very long day in the office. I left the house at 5:30am, and got home about an hour ago. Time for chill and traitors!

Bedtime I feel. Pounding headache, and an early start for another drive to Newcastle for another office day tomorrow.

12 years ago today, I received my HIV diagnosis. I wandered aimlessly in Newcastle and the quayside taking these pics before I headed home. Devastated doesn’t seem to cover how I felt. But here we 12 years later, very happy and living well!

It’s been a day of cleaning. Steamed floors, carpets cleaned. It’s a nice fresh feeling. My back is now killing though 🤣

Was a nice catch up in York today. Drive home was horrendous in the rain.
