🚨Funding challenges put Northern Ireland’s target to end new #HIV transmissions by 2030 at risk & highlight the essential role of voluntary sector services. That’s the finding of a new joint briefing from HIV Outcomes UK & Positive Life NI, launched in Stormont for #SexualHealthWeekNI2026.
