1/4: I can't help thinking - dreading - that a trans woman is going to get seriously hurt or worse by one of these GC individuals. If it does happen, it will be precisely because of verdicts like today's which legitimise behaviour which would be forbidden against any other group of people.

Today I learned that stalking a 17 year old girl, writing up a 400 page 'dossier' about her, falsely reporting her to the police and smashing her phone does not constitute 'harassment'. One wonders what *would*.
