Today is #EqualPayDay, highlighting when women in the UK effectively work for free for the rest of the year due to the #GenderPayGap. 📈 The Scottish pay gap is now at 10%, a rise from 8.3% in 2024, while the headline UK pay gap is 10.9%.

Yesterday, we were at NHS Golden Jubilee speaking to medical staff about sexual harassment in the workplace. It was great to engage on key issues around how sexual harassment impacts staff and the wider organisation, and also what the law says. 🔜 Looking forward to our further sessions with them.
