Some subpoenas were delivered at reporters’ homes. In our business, we make every effort to not serve at homes of subjects who are well-known or have dangerous careers, such as police (depts often schedule when we can personally serve officers). In such cases serving at home sends another message.

Trying to iron out some stuff w/ IRS. Today they sent letter saying we filed paperwork under wrong names (they misspelled our names in ltr) but included our paperwork w/ correct spellings. Sigh. And they attached someone’s else private financial docs (!) I think someone’s day-drinking at IRS 😜

Thought I heard cat knocking over something heavy, again and again. No, it was hail! 93° F...and it started raining chonky hail. Hub & I ran outside, put chairs over some flowers. Hail’s passed now. Pretty crazy.

Kinda like our cat Bootsy. He eats prescribed kidney diet cat food (not cheap), fishes out tiny food bits (except carrots, which he loves), and then drinks the gravy. We’re always cleaning up those little food bits he so meticulously spits out. Our fastidious eater, Hercule Poirot.
