My writing win is reaching 50K in my brand new November draft! Had some crazy good momentum these first few weeks and I’m thrilled to have so much down. Plan now is to finish this draft before December 15th so I can tuck it away for a month or so and begin revising sometime next year. #FiFRevPit

Sense of place and physicality. I struggle with this especially in a first draft. I’m lousy with interiority but need to work on anchoring my camera work.

Off to a great start for #FirstDraftFall. I’m thrilled with how easily my main characters’ voices are coming. I’m very much a discovery writer, and didn’t realize I’d be doing dual-POV until I started writing this morning. Excited to see where it all goes!
