I stopped going to the gym because I was experiencing extreme pain issues in my neck. I’d have the worst migraine and throw up for hours. We found the causes and now I’m back at the gym a year later and so thankful I’m able to do what I enjoy without pain!

I got back on adder all and I’ve been out with the dog and back at the gym :3 also planning our trip to Japan in October AHHH

I started watching Mayday: Air Disaster on YouTube which made me fascinated with planes and I have learned so much about how they work and I think it would be genuinely amazing to be able to fly a plane
