As big a bummer as it is to not get into events, I still have a lot of gratefulness for the staff who keep these events and dealers dens running. It’s a huge job to sort through hundreds of applications and make these decisions and plan a room that benefits artists and attendees

Probably won’t be at any other cons after MFF, just not getting into anything anymore, and I don’t even know if it’s gonna be worth applying to anything in the future. Can’t even get into local cons I used to attend pre-lockdown. There’s a huge increase in applications I get it, just demoralized

I keep picking animals with so few photos it drives me to madness to find sources. I think this may be as close as I can get to the Philippine naked backed fruit bat- but if any bat experts out there by some chance please criticize my work 😂

I love feeding my pleco vegetables, he does happy flappies while eating and it’s SO fun to watch. He’s also constantly moving an entire log around the aquarium I have to adjust back into place every so often. Bristlenose pleco are a JOY
