My new strategy of attempting to fall asleep before midnight to avoid the witching hour of the NYT puzzles, is meeting limited success as I’m invariably up a few hours later and what else are you going to do at that ungodly hour.

Undergoing a minor medical procedure this morning. As unpleasant as it is, it utterly pales in comparison to what the poor detainees from ICE are subjected to.

Out tomorrow schlepping a wine bag. While it is the most fun to grow the grapes, second best thing is making the wine. A distant third is traveling to the ends of the earth, trying to sell it.
