The financial challenges in the system are probably too great, trust has been lost since the 2004 contract. We need to plan actively for alternatives. I don’t disagree that the NHS needs a hardware refresh to give staff the tech they deserve - as I referenced in the white paper I wrote - but to say we just do that & not innovate digitally is to fundamentally miss the opportunity #NTSummit
