To get this newly discovered Battle Capable Pet, Go to theNexus Point Xenas dungeon. In the corridor leading to Chief Corwright Kasreth, there are 5 Corespark Conduits. Each player must stand on one. Then a Netherstorm Structural Cage will spawn in the middle of the corridor. Click on the Cage. :)

FYI: You need to be level 90 to click on the cage that rewards the achievement + pet
