I keep seeing all these posts on IG where artists are saying “this is what instagram wants. Or the algorithm says do this.“ and they are all annoyed in the video but still doing whatever the thing is. One reasons I became an artist was so I can be myself. Fuck the algorithm and whatever IG wants.

This is future pasta sauce or a base for other dishes. Great way to use extra tomatoes and garden veggies. Chop it and roast it. Then freeze it flat in ziplock bags. Break off a chunk when you need it. 🤗
