The crowd shots can be really funny (and crazy massive) in this movie. You can see people passing out from rabid Metro Man appreciation, or there's a scene where Minion runs over a bunch of people in the street because he's a terrible invisible car driver. lol Every aspect of Megamind is peak.

I'd also like to point out that there are actual story reasons for when Megamind doesn't use it. The De-Gun could easily have McGuffin levels of power, but narratively, that would be boring if the hero solved every problem the same way. Ask Metro Man!
