I made something exploratory based on frozen hash browns. After browning and flipping the large patty, I sprinkled broccoli and chopped pulled pork on top before adding a layer of cheddar and habanero cheddar. When the cheese was melted I browned it under a broiler. It was great (and leftover to!)

Who knew that a previously cooked turkey liver would explode when reheated in the microwave. The gizzard, heart and bits of meat from the neck were fine. (These were the bits I scavenged from the turkey parts used to make stock.)
