On August 11th, 2023, @TheRealMerb told me he didn’t think I was capable of running back-to-back 5:45 miles. And I took that personally! Last night, I ran a PR of 10:30 for 3000m! I just wish the race was a lap-ish longer so I could’ve proved him wrong. Starting the year off right 😤
