Doing some Ninten-Drawer testing for units destined for PAL land & when I put an NTSC programmed Drawer in a PAL console it worked without having to hit reset to reprogram the bypass???? Well apparently I’m an idiot and never checked the PAL NES had its CIC chip intact. 🤦‍♀️
