Dragonslayer (1981) is a peculiar beast. Outstanding effects work with a dragon that outstrips any CGI I've seen (Phil Tippett naturally), but in a film that seems undersell the stakes and key dramatic beats. Fantastic seeing it on the large @fwfilmfestival.bsky.social screen
