As a Seattle resident, I've gotten an immense amount of notice and opportunity to weigh in on the comprehensive plan. There were many neighborhood meetings, a website that received thousands of comments, and many city council hearings like the one happening now. Homeowners aren't being excluded.

It is WILD that this sentiment is getting pushback but: Absolutely do not RSVP to protests. As an org, do not ask people to RSVP to protests. It’s risky and irresponsible in our current environment. People’s safety is more important than your org’s desire to list build!

I live less than 500 feet from the proposed site, & have for over half a decade. There is tangible need for the CCC and the reality is that this location is a perfect candidate, wrt zoning and proximity not only to potential user populations but also wraparound/multidisciplinary services.
