What’s your biggest barrier to taking a break? 1) No one to take over care 2) Can’t afford it 3) No suitable services 4) Anxiety about leaving Type 1,2,3 or 4 in comments or do add your own answer.

People turn to food banks when they don't have enough money to survive. Lots of people are in-between jobs, have health conditions or are looking after loved ones. And some people are in work that doesn't pay enough to get by.

Before most people start their day, carers have already: ☑ Sorted meds ☑ Managed meals ☑ Juggled appointments ☑ Handled five phone calls … and they call it “informal care.” Let’s talk about what it really is. Unpaid care
