The technology was never the hard part.

It took me ages to get around to it, but Apple's meditation app on the Vision Pro is simple yet beautiful. This moment felt magical.

I was never big on Rec Room, and thats despite the fact that I love VR Chat and Sansar (when it was still active). But it is sad to me that 'collective' social spaces in VR are closing. Not individual multiplayer games but platforms built around the concept of 'hanging out'.

Many of the people who were there on day 1 are still here on day 3,650. Older, sure, and maybe a little weary, but still dreaming and always exploring. There is no place they can go but to VR to find what they found back then. VR always will be.

Your periodic reminder that there is a website that lets you listen to local radio stations anywhere in the world This is honestly one of the coolest inventions ever, imo. Global access to hyper-local imagined communities
