This is fabulous. It doesn’t say that manual and exercise therapy are worthless, far from it. It contextualises it and encourages the therapist to think beyond the mechanics and towards what sensitises our systems to the point that the least provocation can send you into pain and dysfunction.

This is absolutely fantastic and exactly where we should be going as a profession. Not trying to be doctors or expert triage signposters, but playing to our strengths and expanding beyond, to treat the causes of the cause. Brilliant!
