An interesting observation of unintended consequences. Tube strike, 4 days, meant some made it in every day. They couldn’t do 4 days from home. So it barely affected business. Instead of 1 in 4 cancelling, it was about 1 in 20. the maximum disruption plan maybe backfired?

Don’t buy this book. The thinking is at least 10 years out of date, if not 30. Static positions are the problem, not the position itself. We are designed to move in weird and wonderful ways. The exercises are ok, i give cactus myself. But the theory is nocebic and wrong. “Tech neck”. FFS. Harrumph.

As you get older, you need to work harder and rest harder. The intensity of exercise for exercise sake needs to go up, and you need a better quality of rest. To prevent your resource declining, don’t do more of the same, make it hard. But then rest.
