Cass Review. New article in the New England Journal of Medicine, founded in 1812 and amongst the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals. Its 2023 impact factor was 96.2, ranking it 2nd out of 168 journals in the category "Medicine, General & Internal".

Weird that we have to say this, but the government doesn’t get to decide what gender a person is.

LEC starts tomorrow, which means the start of an 11 month sprint. I am incredibly blessed to do this job, but with a wedding, new content plans, 3 splits and 3 internationals, I am dreading the grind.

Second book of the year and I think it's a likely best read of the year contender. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend ' I who have never known men' It is desolate, despondent and devastating in the the right ways.

Anyone else felt like they don't want to advertise that they're on bsky to their other social media accounts? Kind of enjoy it just being a few people here but I know long term numbers are much better for my 'brand'.

Diving is such a release of stress. No ability to contact the outside world, no social media, no work. Just me, the fish and my ever dwindling air supply.
