Seeing all these lines for food distribution is a reminder of how many people in this country live paycheck to paycheck. Miss a couple paychecks, you can't pay rent, you can't buy food, you can't pay your bills. It's crazy.

My banana cranberry bread totally fell apart when I tried to remove it from the pan. I did use cooking spray, but will use parchment paper next time. I saw that air fryer liners work in bread pans, too. It is very very tasty, nonetheless.
