ok last thing i feel some sense of clarity knowing that a lot of the rapid transphobic groomer panic and antiblack/racist culture war bullshit is quite literally Kickstarted by the most demonic people to ever walk this earth who have abused so many children in all directions.

Precisely measured turnarounds are instructions you create when you hand your characters off to *other people*. The characters you draw, for comics or animation, should come easily off your pen. In a natural mode of drawing that already fits you. You should love drawing them.

Design took a practical wrong turn when people thought (or were taught?) that turnarounds are the best way to create characters. You’ll be doing yourself a favor if you conjure your characters moving. Doing the things they do. And an even bigger favor if you can doodle them quickly.

My variant for Storm: Earths Mightiest Mutant 2 This is very much stylistically in line with the Black Cat cover, hopefully I can turn this into a series of sorts.
