Not a diehard XBox fan, and I don't like Sp*rs (shock!), but I am a huge fan of explanations using simple analogies.
If XBox, like Tottenham, or really any product or company, is rotten from the middle, it doesn't matter how much effort you put in at the edges. The core is the mess. Fix that bit.
