I'm not great at eating my veggies but I do like zucchini (courgette) and leeks were on sale today so I made a baked zucchini, leek, and cheese dish today for a side to my ever present chicken breast. It was so good!

I'm pretty strict about not feeding people food to my cat and Deanie is very good about not begging. Except for sour cream and chives dip, then she's a furry menace. To be fair, I am also a menace around sour cream and chives dip. I'm not made of stone so she gets to lick a dollop off my pinky.
