I've never thought of myself as an angry person. I don't easily bear a grudge. I'm slow to take offense. But lately I've been struggling with anger. Trying to funnel it all into writing. But sometimes -- I'm too angry to settle down to it. I need to get out on a lake or on a horse. Re-grounding.
