Exactly this. I had to apply for PIP 18 months ago to help with reducing my hours (thanks to long covid/MECFS) and stay in my job rather than ending up in ill health retirement. Refused twice, tribunal coming up. Labour seem to be stuck on the idea that it's work or benefits, when it's usually both.
