Many indie bookshops don't touch indie authors with a bargepole. Doesn't help that most source through Gardiners which is hard for an indie author to make a dime through. Some like @allgoodbookshop.co.uk do though.

The second round of Mystery Talks went down really well last night (where the audience doesn't know the topics until the speaker starts) with talks on Hamlet through the decades and Aphasia. Today, at lunchtime, we're running a local meetup for freelancers!
