Life fucking blows for pretty much everyone in every way right now. Focus on today, not the past, not the what if's and worries of the future. The right now is all that's in your control. Spend time with the people/things that make your heart feel full and be in the present moment with them. 💜

This has become a long run of emotional exhaustion. I spent so long pouring myself into others, I'm just tired, drained, exhausted. I keep the bulk of my shit to myself or let it out in therapy but life is lonely as absolute fuck right now and nothing has been fixing it. Tired of being the adult.
