As the weather is becoming more unpredictable, we would be really grateful if pupils came to school prepared for all weathers with jackets. We strive to have outdoor breaks and lunches as often as we can,jackets help to ensure your child is comfortable in colder weather. Thanks for your support.

Last week we took part in a rounding scavenger hunt 🔎 We played rounding games on Sumdog and created our own questions to use on our pop-it board games 🧮

For grammar, we have been revising adjectives, verbs and nouns ✏️ We identified these in our books and played a collective noun quiz ☺️

We had our last rugby session this morning! We have loved improving our communication, cooperation and teamwork skills by playing Hawick Ball 🏉 Big thank you to the Grangemouth Stags! ☺️

Primary 7 took part in their first transition visit to Grangemouth High School as part of Maths Week Scotland. During the visit, pupils worked in teams to tackle a range of mathematical problems and challenges, developing their problem-solving skills and teamwork. @missmeiklebps.bsky.social

Last week for #EuropeanDayOfLanguages P5E took part in a range of activities. We listened to 2 fairytales for snack and story in different languages. We chose one in Ukrainian and the other in Romanian. We then learned a Ukrainian dance and did some keep fit in Spanish. @missmeiklebps.bsky.social

On Friday, we celebrated Roald Dahl Day 📚 Inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, we designed our own golden tickets and invented exciting new chocolate bars 🍫 Our buddies helped us do this on the iPads!

Egg Carrier STEM Challenge 🥚 What a success! The majority of our egg carriers managed to keep our eggs safe as we dropped them off the trim trail 🥳
