Just kinda seems like refusing to tell us which ICE agents murdered Alex Pretti undercuts the idea that they’re wearing masks to protect themselves — rather than to be able to kill people with impunity.

This is at the very least a civil violation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, unlawful entry, unlawful search, entry without a warrant (defective warrant), unlawful seizure, and excessive. One could argue criminal conspiracy if the kidnapping occured as an inevitable consequence of racist policies.
