Okay, so sorry to lead astray. The work situation is real, but the question is a bit rhetorical. Isn’t it a pretty big ask? Can an Average Joe really leave ‘security’ — benefits/severance package, community, healthcare, etc — and find success in a field where millions of creators are trying, too?

It’s now come to my attention that my main work has stifled two attempts at promotion, and is now drastically increasing load between leads and skeleton crew. IMPORTANT: Would there be support in Bobbeigh returning to fulltime content creation while I once again begin a search for a stable career?

Maintaining healthy work-stream balance would be nice if stream was like work in being consistent. But as it stands, I’m ending up putting a lot more effort into stream just to be able to /find/ my audience again. It almost hurts, the affirmation of people quickly moving on as a result of hiatus.
