I'm leaving the coloring by the wayside; it's not working and it's not worth it to chase that angle while I'm busy remastering the movie scene by scene in Audacity to remove leftover noise and symphonic orphans. Fresh foley is then added from the BBC's sound effects library and Youtube.

So the colorization process is going to take weeks; I might even have to renew the license for a second month. However, I need to know if my idea is viable, so while I'm waiting on the first clip of the first scene to render, I need to put the B&W master for a temp soundtrack. To Youtube!

An update on the Wuthering Heights restoration project: the software took all night to separate the film out to over 187,000 individual frames and now it's colorizing them. So far it's colorized midway through the first scene where the tenant wanders in out of the storm! Technical musings below.
