Finally: I need to avoid things that trigger me. All I’m saying about that. If you’re reading this: none of this is anybody’s fault. I just have to work on myself.

3rd: I got addicted to sending gift subs on twitch. I love being able to help people, but I’m also running up a credit card after working very hard to eliminate debt. I need to budget this stuff.

2nd: on accident I joined a lot of communities of primarily LGBTQIA+ people. EVERYONE has been amazingly welcoming of this white CIShet unc. Through no fault of anyone but my own anxiety, I’m terrified of offending people. The fear of accidentally saying a stupid is hurting my ability to interact.

First thing I need to work on is my hyper empathy. I like to listen to others but it can lead to taking their emotions as my own. It used to come with co-dependency but fortunately I’ve trained that out of myself. I was the peacemaker in my family and want to help everyone. But it leads to burnout
