In a TTRPG, mechanics create roleplay and roleplay is performed through mechanics. An RPG system with less mechanics and less rules is not intrinsically more "roleplay focused," the onus is just more on the players and the GM to perform well as roleplayers.

Ultrakill Layer 8 isn't actually that hard. Half the difficulty is just the fact that for some reason my framerate starts chugging massively in basically every arena. I've never seen this happen before, I've never had framerate issues in Ultrakill before this layer. It makes the game unplayable.
