New paper via @universitypress.cambridge.org finds travel distance to NCI-funded sites remains barrier for patients to participate in #ClinicalTrials or research. The number of people w/o access could be reduced from 17% to 1.6% if NCI funding was provided to currently unsupported cancer facilities.
