I've been waiting on a backordered book since July. I just logged into the site today to cancel, only to discover they cancelled it and didn't notify me. No email. Nothing. I'd even spoken to a rep about backorders and they didn't say anything.

Day 30. Didn't watch a movie, but I started rewatching Fall of the House of Usher, so I think that counts. Poe fans (writer, not singer), if you have not watched this, you need to. It's so filled with references, your weird little heart will explode from joy.

Years ago, I pivoted my creative output to be more "friendly" to "regular people" so I could be a part of a market. This decision has plagued me since. I am left with items I don't personally like, and this cyclical process I can't seem to get out of. Or haven't previously been able to shake.

Day 26 Imaginary There was so much potential, and it didn't quite get there. The concept was great, the actors were great, the writing was not so great.

Day 18 Errementari Basque folk horror. I really liked it. Everything about it is compelling and well done. I especially liked the demon's makeup/costume.

I finished everything for the market tomorrow. I'm so glad I don't have to get up early to do anything left over.

Day 17 Scare me It was really fun. I liked it a lot. It is a fun way to do horror.

IT HAS HAPPENED My cooler has turned off all the way for the first time since I turned it on for summer. Wow. I'm ridiculously excited I was awake for that.
