Does anyone have to take their blood pressure daily? I think the blood pressure number is BS. They continue to change what is an acceptable number. I hate how I feel taking blood pressure meds. I also don't want to be non compliant with my doctor. 1/2

I am emotionally drained. Raising a 14 year old when you're almost 70 is draining. Sigh

6 years ago today my baby brother lost his battle with kidney cancer. In 2019 his poster was at mile marker 9.5 during the Boston Marathon. Thank you Dana Farber for the honor. RIP Jeff...I miss you more than you will ever know. 💔💔💔

I went for a brain scan and ultrasound today and what I am seeing on my patient portal isn't good. Sigh

I have a few aneurysms in my head. I have had a slight headache for a few days. I believe it's stress related and I am scheduled for a scan next week. I know if I have a massive headache to go to the ER. Google is suggesting it could be a "leak" and I should go to the ER. IDK if I should go.

2025 hasn't been kind to this 68 year old. I have been sick off and on. I owe many people follow backs. I promise I will get to everyone. I want to thank everyone that has followed me. I am humbled.

I hate addiction and how it destroys families. There was no help before DOGE now there will be nothing.

How do I connect with folks that actually engage with followers on this site? I am on FB because of the local engagement. I am finding it difficult to find folks that actually engage with what I call "little accounts" . What am I missing?
