First time ever roasting a turkey, the verdict:
Turkey skin: 8/10 crispy
Turkey meat: 6/10, first time jitters I kept it in longer than I should have. Also I don't love Turkey, others might rate higher
Garlic dill potato puree: 11/10, potato ricer + mesh sieve
Giblet gray: 7/10, over salted
