Did these when I was messing around with ink, rollers and scrunched up paper after rdr2. Probably the loosest artwork I’ve ever done. You never know what you’re gonna get. Need to do more of that.

Enjoyed ‘The Long Walk’. Even the ending was okay, which is a novelty for most King films. Only slightly spoiled by the vast over reaction to any ‘gory’ bits by the woman a few seats along. Arm waving and bizarre sounds. Those scenes literally have a countdown!!

Watched the Netflix show about Charlie Sheen. Very hard watch after losing a brother to addiction. What it does show perfectly is about how hard it is for the friends of addicts who are trying their best. Beautifully summed up by @mrjoncryer.bsky.social

Quite excited about this. I’m expecting a lot of bespectacled men in their late 50’s, desperately clinging to the last tufts of their quiffs (and lost youth).

There’s probably a lovely world to explore in Silksong, but spoiled (for me) by ridiculously long boss battles. A spare half hour repeatedly trying to beat a boss is just no fun these days.

‘The Exorcist - Believer’ is as bad as they say. Nothing really happens in it at all. A lot of folk talking about Jesus and some ‘scary’ make-up. Also, two dead people under very suspicious circumstances (ie ‘the Devil did it’) and no-one is even arrested? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Guess who was born, and still lives in Falkirk? I remember years ago, at the company I worked for, we devised an idea for UFO Land, which was a themed restaurant with a giant glass domed roof so you could constantly sky watch. Never got funded sadly.
