I had some pasta success. It had blistered cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, black olives, artichoke hearts, sautéed mushrooms and, of course lots of onions & garlic on TJ’s square rigatoni. I only had a bit of shredded parm, so I added Daiya Italian shreds. I’ll make it again. 🍜🍽️ #vegan #VeganFood
